Based in Leicestershire the Angrave family started manufacturing in 1912, founded by George Angrave and his brother Robert Angrave. At this time all the furniture was hand woven for the contract market.

In the 1950's the company was taken over by Robert Ronald Angrave CBE, who developed the business in to the retail market throughout the 60's and 70's.

Angraves is now in its third generation with current managing directors, Jennifer Mobbs, Nigel Angrave and David Angrave, who have continued to develop and evolve the business. The team have since acquired the UK imports of Tribu outdoor furniture from Belgium.

Angraves have utilised their skilled craftsmen that work in the factory and forged great relationships with some interior designers manufacturing high designed bespoke furniture. By doing this Angraves have manufactured furniture for clients all over the world.
